Sheffield Allotments Federation

The Federation aims to help plot holders and potential allotmenteers enjoy and make good use of our plots and the produce we grow on them.

Members of the Sheffield Allotments Federation committee attend 3 Allotment Advisory Group (AAG) meetings, at the Town Hall, with the Sheffield City Council allotment management.  One member from each allotment site which has a constituted society/association is able to attend these meetings.  Contact the Council Allotments office to ask when the next meeting is being held.

This year once again we are aiming to help increase the take-up of plots in parts of the City where there is a high proportion of vacant plots.  This will help all of us by keeping down weeds on adjacent plots, encouraging new people to grow their own and keeping at bay future rent increases.  If you want to join us in this venture, or know anyone who wants an allotment but can’t get one, contact us through this website, email [email protected] or phone 07961091582.
